Our
Farmers
We consider our long standing and trusted relationships with farmers a unique advantage, setting AAA Fresh aside from others. Our farmers will meet demand on short notice and pick to order, ensuring the freshest possible produce. We’ll only deal with certified farmers who have the same commitment to food quality and safety as we do.
Trevor and Wendy Cross have been growing produce in Bundaberg for over 20 years. Employing over 450 staff, they farm 2,500 acres of crops through environmentally friendly trickle and overhead irrigation systems.
Second generation strawberry growers on the Sunshine Coast, the Coco family have 50 acres and employ around 170 people in peak season.
Keeping up with Aussie demand for sweet potatoes, Prichard Farms started with 60 acres and grew to 450 acres of sweet potatoes, supplying all major cities.
The Qualischefski family has been farming in South East Queensland since the 1940s. Now run by Russell Qualischefski and his two sons Troy and Bradley, Qualipac specialises in growing and supplying broccoli, baby broccoli, onions and pumpkins.
Our
Farms

Farms Map
Healthy soils full of nutrients and organic matter produce quality crops. To maintain biodiversity and optimise water cycles, AAA Fresh sources its produce from multiple farms across Australia. This also enables us to diversify the supply chain across regions, ensuring consistent fulfillment of produce.
AAA
Farm Practices
Our farmers protect our precious natural resources by engaging in sustainable land management practices; ensuring productive farmland for the long term.
Whether through irrigation systems, seeding practices or data management, our farmers deploy modern agriculture technology; helping to improve productivity and keep costs down.
Our farmers maintain best practices in food safety and are certified HACCP, SQF and HARPS compliant. Grown in optimal conditions, our produce tastes better and fresher because of the care taken to cool produce as soon as it is harvested.
Our expansive logistics network ensures produce is delivered as quickly as possible and maintained at the optimal storage temperature during transport. Loading patterns and procedures are diligently managed to maintain freshness.
To minimise the effect of ripening and spoilage, our warehouses in Sydney and Brisbane are controlled to ensure produce is held at the optimal temperature.
Consumer preferences for packaging are changing, demanding both convenience and low environmental impact. Our high-tech packaging facilities at AAA Fresh offer a wide variety of loose and pre-pack options.
