Keeping up with Aussie demand for sweet potatoes, Prichard Farms started with 60 acres and grew to 450 acres of sweet potatoes, supplying all major cities. In total they have 13 farms in the Bundaberg area and around 1,000 acres of soil.

Sweet potatoes are highly nutritious, fat free, cholesterol free and an excellent source of vitamins and minerals. They have a long shelf life and easy to prepare, making them a popular choice for consumers.
