Second generation strawberry growers on the Sunshine Coast, the Coco family have 50 acres and employ around 170 people in peak season.
It takes around 12 months commitment to produce a punnet of strawberries. Fruit is picked on a three-day cycle, pre-cooled, packed and sent the following day for AAA Fresh to fulfill orders.

Trevor and Wendy Cross have been growing produce in Bundaberg for over 20 years. Employing over 450 staff, they farm 2,500 acres of crops through environmentally friendly trickle and overhead irrigation systems.
Keeping up with Aussie demand for sweet potatoes, Pritchard Farms started with 60 acres and grew to 450 acres of sweet potatoes, supplying all major cities.
The Qualischefski family has been farming in South East Queensland since the 1940s. Now run by Russell Qualischefski and his two sons Troy and Bradley, Qualipac specialises in growing and supplying broccoli, baby broccoli, onions and pumpkins.
